What equipments do we have for ?

We have invested around $150,000,00 for the equipments from truck mount carpet and tiles cleaning machines to curtain or upholstery cleaning machines.

What stains can we remove from carpets ?

How do I make payment?

Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning. We accept cash, Cheque, Eftpos, credit cards or you can lodge money directly into our bank account.

What method of carpet cleaning do you use?

We do both method of carpet cleaning (Dry carpet cleaning and Steam carpet cleaning).

98% of customers request us for carpet steam cleaning. Please ask from your agent if your agent is happy for dry carpet cleaning method, we can use dry carpet cleaning method. ( Most real estate agents do not accept dry carpet cleaning method).

Do we written guarantee you for the bond back ?

Yes. We 100% guarantee for the cleaning job that we have done.

What are include in your moving in/out cleaning ? ( Bond Cleaning ) ?

That’s including,
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Windows inside and outside and tracks/sills
Kitchen, oven, grill, oven racks, stove, range hood or fan, cupboards inside/outside, sinks, back splash, fridge area and floor.
Bathrooms- shower screen, tiles and grout, sinks, cupboard or shelves, mirrors, exhaust fan, toilet bowl and floors.
Miner spots on walls, doors, balcony, Air condition’s filters, dryer’s filter, internal wall dusting and removing cobwebs, switches, light fittings, all cupboards in/out side, mirrors, skirting boards and laundry.

Why blinds, drapery/curtains are NOT including your bond cleaning package ?

Because it is separate business. And we do clean of blinds, drapery or curtains but cost you extra for that.

What areas do we service?

We service Canberra and areas in ACT, Queanbeyan NSW, Yass NSW.

How often do i need to clean my carpet?

As a professional carpet technician, I prefer every 12 months

Do I need to provide anything?

No. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Yes. Please ask us to view our policy documents.

How is the cost of my cleaning service determined?

The cost of your cleaning service varies depending on the size of your office or house.

What if I need an extra service?

We will tailor your cleaning package to meet all your individual needs. This can be discussed at any stage.

What if I have to cancel a scheduled cleaning?

You can cancel a scheduled cleaning as long as we have 3 days prior notice.

What if I want to change my clean time to another time?

Yes you can any time for residential cleaning, but for commercial we would need 2 weeks prior notice to make arrangements.

What if I am not satisfied with my clean?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and Normally it does not happe because we our best at all times. In case if it happens that you or real estate agent is not happy ? we happily can come back to fix it without any charges.

What is the preparation for my bond clean?

You must have all items removed from the house to assist us in cleaning thoroughly in order to receive your bond back.

What are our hours of work?

Our hours of operation are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but we will work Saturdays and Sundays upon request.
