Please ask from your agent if your agent is happy for dry carpet cleaning method, we can use dry carpet cleaning method. ( Most real estate agents do not accept dry carpet cleaning method).

You must have all items removed from the house to assist us in cleaning thoroughly in order to receive your bond back.
