We do both method of carpet cleaning (Dry carpet cleaning and Steam carpet cleaning). 98% of customers request us for carpet steam cleaning. Please ask from your agent if your agent is happy for dry carpet cleaning method, we can use dry carpet cleaning method. ( Most real estate agents do not accept dry carpet cleaning method).

Yes. Once we done the job. we provide you professional receipt for the landlords, restate agents to prove that job is professionally done.

Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning. We accept cash, Cheque, Eftpos, credit cards or you can lodge money directly into our bank account.

You must have all items removed from the house to assist us in cleaning thoroughly in order to receive your bond back.

Yes you can any time for residential cleaning, but for commercial we would need 2 weeks prior notice to make arrangements.
